GROUP CLASSES

AQUA CLASSES A cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout in the swimming pool.

BOOT CAMP Group exercise to the max!  Take high energy music, some weights, tubes, medicine balls, jump ropes and combine them with a variety of functional moves and you’ll have the BEST workout of the day!

BOSU TRAINING Integrate balance with strength in this body defining class using the BOSU Trainer.

CARDIO STEP An intense cardio workout on the Reebok Step followed by an abdominal workout.

CARDIO SPORT STEP Traditional step combined with intervals of sports-type conditioning….a definite cardio blast!

GLIDING This strength training class utilizes the “Gliding Disks” to improve balance, flexibility and cardio endurance.

INDOOR GROUP CYCLING CLASSES A group indoor cycling class focused on improving your speed, agility and endurance.

INTERVAL CIRCUIT TRAINING This interval class uses the step for cardio combined with various equipment to incorporate muscle conditioning.

MUSCLE CLASSES  A high-intensity workout for all major muscle groups.  This class also improves balance, flexibility and strength.

TURBO KICK You'll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, safe and effective cardiovascular workout.

YOGA This class incorporates flexibility, stretching, toning, posture, balance and stress reduction.

ZUMBA The hottest new fitness sensation sweeping the country!  Dance to Latin rhythms such as meringue, salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, and more.  Burn LOTS of calories by moving your entire body---without repetition and boredom!!!  Ditch the workout…join the party!

ZUMBA GOLD  Zumba for seniors, those starting an exercise program, or those who wish to vary their workout and transition to FUN.
