GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


AB JAM
A total workout focusing on the core to strengthen  and tone the abdominals.
AQUA WORKOUT/FITNESS
An Intense cardiovascular workout without the impact.  This workout is done in the swimming pool and is a great workout for those with joint or back problems.   The Aqua Fitness workout focuses on body conditioning.
BASIC STEP
A straight forward basic step class with an abdominal workout at the end.
BASIC BOOT CAMP
It's group exercise to the max!  Take high energy music, some weights, tubes, medicine balls, jump ropes and combine them with a variety of functional moves and you'll have the BEST workout of the day!
CARDIO STEP
An intense cardio workout on the Reebok Step followed by an abdominal workout.
HIP HOP HUSTLE
From the creators of TurboKick, this pre-designed hip hop class is easy to follow.  This class will take the fun factor up a notch.
INDOOR GROUP CYCLING CLASSES
     Power RideA group indoor cycling class focused on improving your speed, agility and endurance.
      Hitting The Road:  The riding drills in this class will help prepare you for the road.
      Ride For the Race:  Training for the real race is the focus in this class.  This class will incorporate sprints with endurance to get you ready for the big race.
      The Thrill Of The Hill:   Get ready to hit the trail.  Train to climb with the best!  This class will help incorporate a variety of training techniques and drills to take you to the hills.

INTERVAL CIRCUIT TRAINING
A step class using stations (hand weights, tubing, weight circuit or bands) at intervals to challenge your cardiovascular and endurance.  This class is sure to give you the intense workout you're looking for and burn fat while having fun.
MUSCLE MADNESS
Get ready for a high-intensity workout for all major muscle groups while utilizing a variety of equipment including BOSU, "gliding disks," balls and/or weights.  This class improves balance, flexibility and strenth while incorporating fun!
PILATES
Sculpt and reshape your body with gentle and focused exercises that will strengthen the core (trunk) of the body as well as all major muscle groups.
PILATES MAT
Pilates is one of the fastest growing trends in the fitness industry.  This class will focus on strengthening the core and achieving a total body workout through your own body weight.  Pilates with the Mini Ball challenges the core with additional weight.
TURBO CAMP
It's TurboKick with a Centerpoint twist.  Come enjoy thirty minutes of action-packed cardio, intermixed with thirty minutes of an intensive muscular workout of arms, legs, and abdominals to high energy music.
TURBOKICK
You'll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, safe and effective cardiovascular workout.
YOGA
This Yoga class will focus on flexibility, stretching, toning, posture, balance and reducing stress.
YOUNG AT HEART CARDIO WORKOUT
A low impact cardio workout at a slower pace, geared toward the senior population.
ZUMBA
Zumba is the hottest new fitness sensation sweeping the country!  Dance to Latin rhytms such as meringue, salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, and more.  Burn LOTS of calories by moving your entire body---without repetition and boredom!!  Ditch the workout...join the party!
