We encourage all
our new members to take advantage of the "free" Personal Training
session to help you get started on achieving your fitness goals.
During this first
appointment,
one of our fitness specialists will introduce you to the various
cardiovascular and strength training equipment available. Our
trainers will show you how your workout should be structured and also
give you an idea of how personal trainers help members achieve their
fitness goals. The appointment will be approximately one hour in
length. Please wear comfortable clothing and a good pair of
athletic shoes.
